Terms of use for Kilukka Farmstay

Welcome to Kilukka Farmstay. By booking and staying with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.
  • You can book your stay directly through our website or by messaging us on WhatsApp.
  • Weekends and holidays fill up quickly, so we recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance.
  • Guests must book at least 1 day before check-in.
  • Balance payment must be made before or at the time of check-in.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Guests may cancel for free up to 24 hours before the check-in date.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in date will be charged for one night’s stay, which is non-refundable.
  • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

3. Minimum Stay Rules

  • Minimum length of stay: 1 week (7 nights).

4. Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM onwards.
  • Guests can check in anytime between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
  • Check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon).
  • Guests are requested to complete check-out before 8:00 PM on the day of departure.
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged only with prior approval and may attract additional charges.

5. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must carry a valid government ID at check-in (per Indian law).
  • Please respect the property, staff, animals, crops, and natural surroundings.
  • No loud music, parties, or illegal activities are permitted.
  • Any damage caused to property, furniture, or equipment will be charged to the guest.

6. Safety & Liability

  • Guests must take care around  uneven terrain, ponds, and equipment.
  • Parents/guardians are fully responsible for supervising children.
  • Kilukka Farmstay is not liable for accidents, personal injury, theft, or loss of belongings during your stay.
  • Guests are responsible for their own health, safety, and travel/medical insurance.

7. Food & Beverages

  • Meals provided will be based on local/farm-fresh availability.
  • Outside food and alcohol are permitted only if pre-approved by management.

8. Environmental Responsibility

  • Please use water and electricity mindfully.
  • Littering, harming plants, or disturbing wildlife is strictly prohibited.
  • We encourage waste segregation and sustainable practices during your stay.

9. Right of Admission

  • Management reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings without explanation if guest conduct is found inappropriate.
  • Guests failing to comply with these Terms may be asked to leave the premises without refund.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

11. Payment Methods

  • We accept payments via UPI and cash for bookings and on-site payments. Other digital payment options may be available upon request.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu.

13. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
  • Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
  • Guests are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.
