Welcome to Kilukka Farmstay! We value your stay and want to make your booking experience as smooth as possible. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before confirming your reservation.

Full Refund

You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least one day before your scheduled arrival.

Cancellation Within 24 Hours

Get a 100% refund when you cancel at least 24 hours before your check-in date. If you cancel within 24 hours of your check-in time, the first night’s stay will be charged and is non-refundable.

No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive without cancellation will be treated as a no-show, and the full booking amount will be charged.

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Booking Amendments

Changes to booking dates are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply if the new dates have a higher rate.

Extreme Weather & Government Restrictions

We understand emergencies happen, but please note that bookings affected by extreme weather or government restrictions are non-refundable.
